Got a notification for an interview the day after applying. Had a phone screening first, basic questions like why I am interested in the position, how my background fits, etc. Second interview was with people I would be working with day to day. One was very nice and personable. The other was over 10 minutes late, extremely rude, acted like this interview was an inconvenience to her. I instantly did not feel as motivated to get this job as I knew this would be someone I would have to interact with daily. Had a third interview with 2 other team members, it was again very simple with basic questions about my background and interest. Didn't hear back for almost 3 weeks, received a decline email. No information about why they weren't moving forward with me as a candidate.
