I was contacted over email and scheduled a phone interview with a talent representative. The phone interview lasted about 45 minutes. We discussed the position in detail and I was asked numerous STAR interview questions. This was the toughest part of the process for me as I was somewhat unprepared and the questions were tough. I was then invited for an interview at the Charles Schwab call center located in Phoenix. My interview was with two managers that over the area I was applying. They were both very friendly and told me all about themselves and their experience working with Schwab. They structured the interview more like a friendly conversation and each interview question built into the next. It was a pleasant experience. A day after the interview I was asked to take a drug screen and fill out a very thorough background check. I was offered a position about two weeks later.
Make sure you understand Charles Schwab's culture by using the resources the Talent Representative give you.
Practice STAR method interview questions and have specific examples. For the second interview I researched STAR questions online and sat down and though of specific work examples to use for each question. I then did a mock interview with my fiancé.
Ask good questions. Think of some strong questions before hand that directly relate to the finance industry.

Phone screen, in person interview, drug screen, background check and then job offer. Very straight forward. If there’s a split decision about hiring you they will have a third part interview you.

I applied for relationship specialist, got invited for a phone. during the phone interview, my recruiter referred me for the broker trainee position(financial consultant professional) she said I was a better fit for that position. The interview went well and I was invited for a second face to face interview the following week. On getting there I realized it was sort of a group interview. all the hiring managers were in the room with us(about 15 applicants) they talked about the job requirements, what to expect if we got hire; they also talked briefly about benefits. after that they divided us into 2groups. first group went on a tour while 2nd group(my group) went for the interview. some people were interviewed by two managers ; I was interviewed by one manager . during the interview; the one thing he stressed on was passing of the series 7&63. the interview was about 1hour in total.

I had an employee referral opportunity, One phone interview asking basic questions such as, Customer Service and Scenario based questions. After that was the in person interview with two hiring managers that ask questions about your knowledge of the company trying to gage your enthusiasm. Be sure to look up exam based material, such as Questions, Time of Test, Etc... It was about a 2 hour interview asking questions about customer service examples and providing them with detailed descriptions of those examples( helps if you want to show your interest) I received an offer a couple hours after the interview and now going through a vigorous background check, UA drug test through third party company. I really enjoyed the staff and hiring managers, They were very hospitable and allowed me to bring thought upon my questions. High recommended employer!
