I was referred by a mentor got a call from a hiring coordinator, was told what the job would look like, benefits, and difficult parts of the job. Was asked a little bit about my background, then I got a zoom interview two days after. The interview was about an hour long a lot of behavioral questions, no wrong answer type of feel but they do relate the questions to your previous jobs. The next day the hiring coordinator called me with the offer and I got the hiring package through email. Very quick process if you come off as likable. Forgot to mention that training may be out of state.
