We had two phone discussions, an online questionnaire and a final in person interview. The whole process took about a month and a half. The phone conversations were fairly brief and standard in nature. The online questionnaire is a little more perplexing as they seem to ask repeated similar questions in a slightly different manner.

it was 2 stages interviews, one over the phone Interview it was short phone call around 20 mintues with a recruiter or HR re Recruiter . more of screening interview and anther n‑Person Interviews with 2 managers. it was not hard interviews but bit long.
