I participated in an online interview process conducted over Zoom. However, I must express my dissatisfaction with the overall experience, primarily because the interviewer chose not to open her camera throughout the session. The absence of the interviewer's video feed made it incredibly challenging for me to establish a personal connection or gauge her reactions to my answers.
