I applied online and got a call the next day to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview was two days later. It was an easy interview the person just asked about my interest with the company and asked questions about previous jobs. I was then scheduled for a second phone interview a week later and that interview was 30-45 mins long and they asked the same questions as the first but went more in depth. They explained the salary to me and gave a brief description of the positions responsibilities. Before hanging up I was told that they would be interviewing other people and would choose the best to go to the next step which is an in person interview and I should get a reply in 1-2 weeks. I am still waiting.
