Applied in December of 2014, heard back a couple weeks later and set up a phone screen interview with someone from HR. Was then placed into the Marketing Analytics track and had a follow up interview with a Managing Director. After that interview I had a third interview with another member of the team. All interviews were casual and personality based, no cases, and were straightforward. HR rep continued to touch base with me throughout the 8 week process to answer any questions i might have.
