The process took over three months from the initial point of contact. I initially heard from their head of hiring. They required me to take a computerized test initially. It took two weeks to hear back from them for a scheduled interview. I interviewed with two different people simultaneously for about an hour. They asked questions about my experience and required very specific examples of situations I'd been in in the past and how I handled them.
