The interview process starts off with a 15-minute phone screening where you might get asked some basic questions about why you are interested in the position or working for schwab. If you make it past that call, there will be a zoom interview with the hiring manager and possibly another associate or two this will be the final interview for the position and they look for candidates who have customer service experience.
