The interview was very fast and simple. I think i spoke with the hiring manager for about 10 minutes total. Gave an overview of the job and hired me on the spot. However, the process of background screenings, drug tests, etc. take about a month before you can start - but this is a requirement for the hospitals you'll be working in.
