I had a phone call interview with HR first and then had a follow up in person interview with the manager. The in person interview was about 1hr and I had to take a personality quiz beforehand. We went over my personality quiz, he asked some questions and told me about the day to day. The rest of the group came in and went around asking me more questions. They reached out to me about 2 weeks later to come back in for a second interview and offered me the job.
