The interview process only took 2 weeks, but I did not receive a rejection email for an additional full month afterwards. I had a phone screening with someone from HR, who was kind and hilarious, we got along well. We quickly set up an interview and I took a personality test which was discussed at an in-person interview with the marketing manager. The marketing manager and I got along well, she asked very relevant personality and skill-based questions, and told me I would hear back within a week. I reached out after the time period passed but still heard nothing. The interviews were great but having to wait three weeks after the given timeframe was frustrating. Please note that you do have to take a drug test to work here upon hiring.
