The interview process itself was excellent, well-organized, professional, and conducted in a very positive manner. The interviewers were engaging and made the conversation enjoyable, which left a strong impression about the company. Unfortunately, the post-interview experience has been disappointing. Despite following up via email, I received no feedback or response, which feels like being ghosted. This lack of communication diminishes the otherwise positive impression of the process. Providing timely feedback, even if the decision is negative, is crucial for maintaining professionalism and respect for candidates’ time and efforts.
