      Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite un selezionatore. La procedura ha richiesto 3 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso ChenMed (New York, NY) nel mese di mag 2022

      Colloquio

      What a waste of time. I had 2 screening calls, which took about 1.5 hours. The first screener was an hour and she was firing questions like a hiring manager but then did not have answers regarding budget, reporting structure, growth opportunities, etc. I was even asked to explain a gap in my resume from 15 years ago! Another person from HR screened me for good measure, which was odd to me, given I spoke to someone else on their team for over an hour. I was told they were excited to present me to the hiring manager and then they didn't even follow up with me regarding next steps. Only to find out they were reaching out to my colleagues about the same position. They shared the following salary details: 150-180 base. The bonus structure didn't make any sense. I asked about the negative reviews on glassdoor and was told that those people were not go-getters. Believe the negative reviews & don't waste your time.
