Applied online and had a phone interview the following week. I was surprised when speaking with them they didn’t seem to know about Blackhawk engagement programs. Received an email a week later saying I was not selected. There was very little transparency about pay which doesn’t align with the core values the company claims.

Met for a screen, had a good conversation. Asked what about the organization was special, why Blackhawks. Ultimately didn’t hear back but liked the company and seemed like a good opportunity.
