informal and they were rude and loud. there wasn't any where quiet or professional that they had for interviews so we were literally just sitting at tables next to customers and it was loud and I couldn't hear any thing, I didn't feel like he was actually listening

Very brief, was only asked a few questions. I felt a decision about not hiring me was made before the interviewer even sat down. I suspect the interviewer was not accustomed to interviewing and may actually only standing in for a manager that was not working that day
