Applied online waited a couple of days didn't hear back. Called talked to the Manager if he was available. I got interviewed on the phone twice and interviewed in person four. First three times by managers and last time by crew members with the manager. The whole process took a couple of weeks but it was worth it.

Easy, straight forward questions. Started as a group interview and ended up being offered the job along with 2 other people. It was very casual and no pressure. Interviewer was friendly.

Very brief, was only asked a few questions. I felt a decision about not hiring me was made before the interviewer even sat down. I suspect the interviewer was not accustomed to interviewing and may actually only standing in for a manager that was not working that day
