I was reached out by the Hr for the position of Customer Service Associate to schedule an interview with the Head of the Customer Service, We scheduled a video call which was fine and then a presential interview. After the interview they didn't inform me about the whole process and I was waiting for their feedback. Finally they sent me an email and they express to not go forward with my process without giving any explanation, since it looked like they were interested. It was totally disappointing.
