The video interview questions were straightforward and very similar to those of the years before. They also showed a painting by Picasso you had to identify and write a short essay on.
After applying online, I received an invitation for a HireVue digital interview. This involved 5-7 pre-recorded questions with short prep times. questions like "Describe a time you had to handle a high-pressure situation or a difficult client."

I was invited for the second stage of the recruitment process. It was a video interview on HireVue that took me roughly an hour to complete. It has video responses, one written response and a few games to test the candidate's quantitative and reasoning skills.
