It was casual. Nice conversation with the hiring manager. Asked me if I had questions. Just wanted to get to know my background. It was not bad. I saw they had a help wanted sign so I asked for a meeting.

Easier than I thought! Overall everyone was very friendly and helpful when I had any questions. Be sure to come prepared with questions about the position. Definitely mention any experience you have working with children.
