Initial Conversation with Recruiter; though the individual was a 3rd party firm, they made no mention of this and did not know a lot about the particular work area I interviewed for. Though affable and seemingly adept at building relationships with candidates; the follow up and ability to understand my inquiries was inadequate and unprofessional, leaving me with a very negative impression of the organization. I decided not to follow up further on the role due to this poor interview experience and limited knowledge of the recruiter to assist me in my particular search.
