Absolutely terrible process- had an initial phone screen by a "back-up" recruiter who was monotone and incapable of answering any of my questions. Her questions were also clearly being read off a screen and very in-genuine.
I managed to progress in the interview with the hiring manager as well as 3 additional stakeholders, only to be left ghosted after following back up with the recruiter multiple times. They clearly excel at inefficiencies, proper recruitment, and following up. Avoid and save yourself the hassle.
