Interview process started in mid January 2020 and 3 rounds were done the end of this month. HR called me to say 4th round has been delayed by couple of weeks. I got called for 4th round after 2 months and this interview was scheduled over video call for 2 hours. This was an okay interview since I did well DS questions but there ere 2-3 tricky JS and UI question that I answered incorrectly. Now I have expecting a closure from HR side but HR totally snubbed me and reached out on phone or email about this last round's feedback. Absolutely horrible practice to keep the candidate hanging instead of closing the process on any formal communication channel. I'll never interview or apply in this company again.
