There was no clarity of how many rounds there will be in interview. I appeared for 4 rounds. First Interview Round: Senior Technical architect took this round, he was extremely professional having deep knowledge of how data solutions are developed and was interested to understand what kinds of projects i have worked on in my past.We had great conversation and I was selected for next round, Second Technical assessment: This was a hackerrank test which had really tough DB questions, this test was designed for L3 professionals (typical DB Admins) & I had to apply lot of sql learnings in order to get through this. Third Techno-Managerial round: This round was taken by manager who was genuine, good technically and excellent at fostering beautiful environment which is needed for high quality work, he told me about the project & himself - asked me about my projects and overall background. We had excellent conversation & I was given vibes that we will have great time working & different technologies at our hand. Ideally after this round, we expect final HR round. Fourth Interview Round: I was asked to attend a quick interview on extremely short notice with "Head of Data" just to have a quick word , which I had to agree. When I joined Head of Data & Senior engineer joined the call and started to ask me technical questions again on the technologies which was not mentioned in the JD, after asking all kinds of irrelevant and vague questions they passed negative feedback after giving me lot of superiority complex. Different departments from ciklum were completely out of sync & last interviewers lacked the interviewing skills which their counterparts had in abundance. HR was not even professional enough to convey rejection through mail , I had to chase him for update. To summarise, extremely good interview was ruined by lack of coordination, communication & clarity which led to lot of time wasting of candidate.

Bastante majas las dos chicas de HR, te explican bastante bien el proceso. Es entendible que sea algo largo y complejo para puestos mas senior. La prueba es un poco compleja, hace falta repasar cosas.
