Totally i had 3+1 rounds of interview and one online test with hackerrank. 1st virtual round was with another lead data engineer from Poland/Kyiv, it was good 1 hour round where he had questioned on all aspects of data engineering. 2nd virtual round was with data engineering head from London, it was mostly managerial /technical interview and questions were left and right from client handling, data architecting and team handling. 3rd round was direct interview with India head in their chennai office. It was most of accessing our behavior and questions on client management. All the interview went well, but the process was too long. It approximately took 1.5 months to complete and get feedback on all 3 rounds of interview. HR was quite friendly. I could not accept the offer, it was taking too long to get confirmation from India head and meanwhile i had accepted another company offer. At the outset, i understand they recruit only after onboarding clients. Their chennai office is kind of co work place, and HR mentioned that they are expanding in chennai
