Pretty simple you need to know someone to really get hired. Everyone who worked there was somehow related to someone either friend or family. First a group interview then one on one with a manager very simple basic questions.

Group interview, asked standard questions and was overall straight forward and easy. Had small group exercise, and needed to interact with fellow interviewees to show ability to work together in a team.

Group interview with scenario questions e.g. what would you do if a guest complains of popcorn being too salty? Pretty easy, there was a period of “flash questions” that were 1 on 1 with a manager, just be nice and try to connect with your interviewer.
