Pretty long process. I had a phone screen, an initial interview, a ride along, a 2nd in person interview flowed by a final interview with the GM. Took about a month to get it all done. My interviewer were all very positive and professional. The work environment is upbeat and friendly.

It took incredibly long. At least 4 months to get hired. Absolutely ridiculous, when they were hurting for employees, due to high turnover. I found the interview process to be stressful, lengthy and frustrating.

They asked STAR questions. Amongst a ton of other questions.
Ride alongs and multiple interviews. More time consuming than you'd expect, but worth the effort as it results in dedicated, competent staffing. They'll make sure you're a fit for the job, which isn't for everyone due to the physical, high energy and thorough nature of the day to day activities.
