6 interviews, long vetting process. S.T.A.R. method used during interview. Easy interviews, just have to meet everyone on the sales team. Signed offer letter and got the job, just waited for HR to give me my day 1. Three weeks later was told position was not going to be filled, and thank you for my time. So, 2 months of interviews and waiting, for nothing.

Phone interview first, which went great. In person interview went about a B. Suddenly got an automated rejection email, no reason given. Asked the recruiter what happened, got no response. Applied to another position (which I also qualify for on paper), auto rejected. It'd be one thing if they chose another candidate, but they didn't. Guess they're looking for something other than what's in the job ad. Maybe they should mention it, save everyone a lot of time.

Think about an instance at work that was a challenge, how did you handle it?
Basic behavioral questions. Interview with a service supervisor, then with a service manager. Pretty straight forward. They want to gage your personality because gives them an idea of how you would build relationships with customers.

I had my first phone interview with a recruiter for CINTAS. It was very basic. He simply reviewed my resume and asked me to expand on certain points in my resume. After answering some basic interview questions, he forwarded my information to the hiring manager of the local business I was applying to. On the same day, I got an email notification for an in person interview with the management team. I was clearly able to see through this experience the importance of articulating your resume and application in a way that highlights the experience the company is looking for.
