Very long day. I met with 4 different people in two sit down interviews. Questions were all similar in the STAR format. There was nothing asked that was sales driven, mainly just customer service. I have a beard and gauges in my ear and was told beards were not acceptable and I had to take my earrings out on the ride along. Cintas needs to stay current with society and appearance. Beards are a normal thing on men right now. Next was the ride long. The driver was great, gave the good and bad for the job and was honest. Said vacation is the worst and there is no one to cover you, so you have to work a bunch before and after just to stay good on metrics. However we only went to one account and then waited around for his boss for over an hour just to eat lunch. This manager definitely drank the Cintas kool-aid and all of his answers to my questions were very corporate and scripted. Having been on the other side of interviews for most of my career, I tried to break him and it didn't happen. After lunch we went back to the facility to meet with the GM. That guy was an arrogant kid younger than myself. Obviously didn't look at my resume and tried to wow me with Cintas' yearly sales. If he would have seen my previous employers, he would know that Cintas' is tiny compared to my previous experience. I started the day thinking this would be a good place, finished the day leaving his office thinking there is no way I would want to work here.

4 rounds with a ride along. First round over the phone then the next 3 are in person. In person range from 30 minutes to an hour. The ride along is four hours but you are compensated for it.
