Interviewing at this company was a waste of time. They reached out to me on Linkedin asking if I am interested in interviewing for a Sales Engineer role. I agreed and had the first two interviews (one with the recruiter and another with someone in the sales team) which went pretty well. The third interview was supposed to be technical and I spoke with someone who I believe is supporting the SE team. For some reason, it seemed like this person was expecting me to fail his technical questions and was surprised that I was able to answer them all. He came off as quite low confident with himself which made the interview awkward and uncomfortable. And at one point he was surprised in a bad way that I answered his question promptly and elaboratively. At the end of the interview, I was a little concerned how working with someone like that would be and although I answered all the questions, I weirdly felt that the interview didn't go well. Not sure what they are looking for in prospective hires but they should put their interviewers through some training before wasting candidates' time.
