Four phone interviews followed by an onsite interview. Process took approximately 2 months. The onsite interview included a based Excel proficiency test. The four phone interviews went very well. I really connected with the interviewers, and I felt the questions they asked were appropriate and really drilled down to understand my skill set and personality. The onsite interview felt rather cold. The interviewers seemed very disinterested from the start. They gave the impression that they had somewhere better to be. As soon as I arrived at their office, I was quickly shuffled into a room and more or less locked in there for a few hours. The interviewers seemed completely disinterested in understanding why I was interested in the job and were disinterested in selling the company to me. This is in stark contrast to several other interviews I've recently had at competitors who were far more inviting and friendly. Overall, I'm very disappointed with the whole process. I did not get an offer, and the feedback I received from the onsite interview proved that the interviewers were disinterested from the start. If the interview process is any indication of how they run their business, I'm happy that I didn't get an offer.

The interview process consisted in an initial HR Screening, then a coding homework, and finally onsite interviews with the the team. The final interview with the Portfolio manager consisted in a case study followed by an open conversation.
