this was a first round interview. it was a light chat about potential possibilities for working there. the interview took about 30 minutes and was conversational and not a technical interview at all. it was light high level discussion

2/5. The interviewer was not paying enough attention on the candidates. He was looking at this monitor all the time, and ignore what I said. Pretty standard trader question. i.e. bid-ask spread
