One phone screening then full day on-site with 5-6 people. After completing all interviews I was assured that company ready to make an offer and even requested me to provide references as a last step. After that I received few phone calls to clarify some questions related to my CV and then “very last informal call” - turns out to be a troubleshooting session (which i think i solved). After that they stopped communication and didn’t reply to my emails. In about two months I was informed that requirements for the role has changed and they decided not to continue with my candidacy based on a feedback from last phone call. Very frustrating since I was expecting the offer and rejected other potential opportunities. Also not clear what exactly they did not like - no feedback provided and overall communication with HR was troublesome.
