Initial video screen was normal. Had a assessment day after. Group assessment was nothing different to other companies, just want to see how you interact with others. Lot of waiting around before 2V1 interviews. Very quick and they just kept firing the questions and not very interactive. Straight forward behaviour questions and motivation for working for NAB. There is also a 3min presentation you need to prepare for the interview. They email you the topics a few days before hand. There was a external HR hired for the day that was very unprofessional, and putting people down between the rounds. He actually targeted individuals and pointed out things they did wrong. Non- constructive and his presence was unnecessary really.
