It's a phone interview. Analitical questions related to job description including database management skills, and excel skills.

After the application process, I had an initial phone interview with a recruiter about my basic background, internship experience, and education. I was then selected for an interview that was broken up into 2 separate interviews with managers from the department. I also had another phone interview with a senior manager from the department following the in-person interviews. Due to the volume of candidates for the position, the overall process ended up taking about a month.
