Phone interview with the recruiter lasted about 20 minutes which included hearing about the roles and responsibilities and asking me if I had any experiences that were comparable to the job I was applying for. I was then asked to come in to meet and interview with the hiring manager and the project manager. I was asked various questions about how I have dealt with difficult situations in the past and once again presented with the roles and responsibilities of the position and why I would be a good fit.

Very relaxed, a couple of accounting questions, and brain teasers. 3 different interview stages. They usually get back to you within 2 weeks and tell you if you've made it to the next stage. But I emailed my HR Representative every week. In my opinion, there's not much you can prepare for in regards to the brain teasers or personality questions. But know your basic accounting.
