I had my first-round interview last week, and it was entirely behavioral besides "Why Citi?" and "Why S&T?" Very straightforward questions about life experiences: When was a time that you put a lot of time/effort into something and it did not work out? What did you learn from it?

Roughly 4 rounds. One is the Automated filtering which leads to a psychometric test/behavioural test. If you pass, the next is a first stage interview with other candidates. You have to read some sentiments and present trade ideas and critique yourself/each other. The next interview is the final one where you meet MD/VP + Trader for a rapid markets test and fit test. Be alert with the current markets news and research deeply on all asset classes to be well prepared.

First do group assessment, have a topic to discuss and questions to answer. If the interviewer is interested, will have follow up questions. Then will meet interviewers 1 on 1, will be asked about resume and technical questions.
