5 rounds of interviews. After the last interview I was ghosted and have heard nothing. What a waste of time. Also, the recruiter was unable to tell me the total comp, only the base salary, which was disconcerting. Also, after the 4th interview they asked if I’d be interested in a contract position instead of full time. How do you manage people as a contractor?
