I would like to share my feedback regarding the recent interview process. I went through three rounds — a coding round, an external team interview, and finally an L1 interview. However, during the L1 round, it was clear that the interviewer was not familiar with the core technologies required for the role. The questions seemed to be read directly from my resume without any technical understanding, and the interview was wrapped up abruptly in less than 20 minutes. It felt as though there was no genuine intent to consider candidates seriously for this position. If that is the case, I’m not sure why my time was invested across multiple rounds. I kindly request that CITI reviews and takes necessary action to ensure interviewers are aligned with the technical requirements of the roles they are assessing, so future candidates are treated fairly and the process remains meaningful.
