Interview included three steps. A behavioral screening with hr, a behavioral interview and resume walk through with the team, and an excel modeling test. The behavioral interviews were straight forward, nothing more than the standard interview questions and no technical questions were asked on the spot. The excel test was easy to follow as well for anyone who is proficient in the application and can interpret a real estate model.
