I applied via Linkedin. The process from application to decision took approximately 8 to 9 weeks. First there was a form sent asking around a dozen behavioral type questions (how do you respond to feedback etc), then there were two rounds of one on one interviews, followed by a final round site visit with a performance task and additional interview. I had a positive experience with the individual elements of the process but the length made it neutral. I think it would have been a faster turnaround time if it weren't the summer and there weren't vacations to navigate around.
