not good , seems interviewer don‘t know the market at all. He have zero experiences in this market. ask a really basic questions and give lots of exceptition. and I heared that the company cannot existing in APAC with bad revenue

Had a brief conversation with a recruiter. The next stage was a take-home homework assignment wherein the candidate was to design a multi-threaded system, complete with test harness. Spent a full weekend crafting and honing a solution. Met or exceeded all criteria. Received a response that the submission would be graded 8 calendar days later. Waited. Received a generic "we have concluded that another candidate’s qualifications more closely match the requirements of this position" rejection email. No feedback, no apology for the time spent, nothing. This company clearly does not respect individuals' time, which does not bode well for how it treats its employees.

TL;DR Not worth your time. They do not value their candidates time
Met with the recruiter and then was sent a take home assignment to complete within a week and a half. Worked on it for 4-6 hours but probably could've spent more time refining the solution. Wasn't the most difficult question ever but a decent amount of edge case handling that could add up to a complicated solution especially if you made bad decisions early on.
Submitted it on a Saturday and followed up via email a couple days later and a week after to get a response that they were waiting on someone to grade the assignment. A week after that I got a boilerplate email that said that they were going with another candidate. I asked if they had feedback on the assignment and have not heard anything
