After submitting my application I went through a phone screening. I was then selected to participate in a phone interview. I was offered the position roughly two weeks later and I was given 2 weeks to make a decision.

A long, detailed phone conversation detailing experience in education, as well as personal education, whether public or private. A discussion of life experiences-- poverty and discrimination, gauging the applicant's ability to work in a community experiencing such hardships.
