1 Runde mit Recruiter, danach mit Teamleiter. Alles per Videocall und alles bis hierhin OK und inhaltlich wie zu erwarten. Letztes Gespräch mit Info beendet, es gäbe noch am nächsten Tag eine Rückmeldung. Danach kam dann gar nichts mehr. Erst auf Rückfrage eine Copy Paste Absage von der HR. Fazit: nach außen gibt sich das Unternehmen in der Eigen-PR viel Mühe, die Basics eines Bewerbungsprozess' haben sie jedoch nicht drauf.

Quick invitation for the first interview with the HR employee online. The interview was a bit superficial and no clear career path could be shown to me. Salary for the role was too low and I got invited despite having stated my salary wishes beforehand.

I was contacted a day or so after I applied, which is amazing and gave me the feeling that my time and work is valuable. No stupid questions about my weaknesses or any nonsense like that.
Had 3 rounds of interviews. This felt a bit long but ok. I imagine it feeling very long if you dont get the job :D
