Director interview is from the one who owns and pays licensing fees to Classical Conversations headquarters. They can make up their own interview questions. Was surprised that back ground checks were not necessary as a tutor.

Very little needed to do the job…selling point was how easy it was and how little prep was required - which does not sell for me. Kids need more than that
