Using Career Builder as my sail, the recruiter of this company called me, making my new job search a breeze. After setting up a day and time for interview number one, I came in dressed to make a positive impression that I was a hard-working professional and the right candidate to fill the position. First meeting was with the company recruiter for the location who began with the most common introduction questions, followed by a basic electronics test. Afterwards, a meeting with the shop hiring manager who described the position and asked follow-up questions while browsing through my resume. Next, a tour of the repair shop and the instruments. Then returning to the interview room to take an IQ Test and Personality Test. And finally, letting me know that they would be in touch the next week regarding a possible second interview. Second interview to be determined.
