      Colloquio per Support Delivery Supervisor

      Candidatura

Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto 2 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Clear Links (Sheffield, Inghilterra) nel mese di gen 2026

      Colloquio

It was quite a long interview (16 questions, including a prioritisation task to be completed before the interview) with a panel of three, followed by a timed email task and a chat with some current employees. I felt that it was a bit excessive for an entry-level job which, according to the current employees, is pretty much just sending emails. Two of the interviewers were very nice and encouraging, but the third seemed to completely switch off after I gave an unsatisfactory answer and became dismissive for the rest of the interview. I have to say, however, that the current employees were lovely and I really enjoyed talking to them. My main problem was with the follow-up. I was told I had answered well but that they had gone with someone more experienced, only for the job to be re-advertised a couple of days later with "no previous applicants need apply". They have re-advertised the same job three more times since then, and have apparently been unable to fill this role for months. Either they have incredibly high standards or they don't actually have a position open. Additionally, the job description when I applied stated that the company helped "disabled and neurodivergent" students, whereas all those they've posted since had changed this to "disabled and dyslexic". As someone who said I was neurodivergent in my cover letter and interview, it put a bad taste in my mouth and made me feel like they were trying to limit the number of neurodivergent applicants.
