Little professionalism during the selection process. I'm being contacted via Whatsapp, after which I did a 40-minute phone interview. Finally, I was called for an interview in the office for which I had to prepare a presentation with lots of slides. At the interview, I was asked technical and detailed questions about the company's modus operandi and I was discharged. After 2 weeks no one had contacted me yet, to my email reminder I was told that I had been refused with an automated message without receiving any feedback. I had great respect for this company in which I wanted to work, and I was disappointed.
