It was a phone interview; we exchanged a few emails and the recruiter asked me to call her. I did, and she did not answer. She called me back 18 minutes later. She was driving, and asked me just a couple of questions about my experience and where I see myself in 5 years. She said she thought I was a great fit, and would get me in front of the Seattle hiring manager (via phone) the next week, and would get back to me on setting up a time. She never got back to me. I sent her a follow-up email, thanking her for her time, and asking about next steps...and never heard a thing. It's been two weeks now.
