This was for a Job Interest Community, so the phone interview lasted 20 minutes and they asked me the same questions as I already answered in the application process. They discussed pay grade and salary, which was a question I had never been asked in a preliminary interview before. They then asked a few basic questions about my work experience and told me that they would send their notes along with my resume to an actual hiring manager. This was more of an extended application process than an interview, but was helpful to my job search.
